By accessing and using Find A Daycare Kenya ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Find A Daycare Kenya is an online directory platform connecting parents with daycare centres across Kenya. We do not operate any daycare centres ourselves and are not responsible for the services provided by listed daycares.

3. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Daycare Listings

Daycare owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Find A Daycare Kenya reserves the right to remove or modify any listing that violates our guidelines or contains inaccurate information.

5. Reviews and Content

Users may post reviews and other content. By posting content, you grant Find A Daycare Kenya a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute such content on the Platform. Content that is false, defamatory, or abusive will be removed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Find A Daycare Kenya is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform or from your dealings with any daycare centre listed on the Platform. Parents are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before enrolling their children.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
